New course in the psychology of mediation

World renowned mediator Paul Randolph is leading a course in London 27-29th October in the psychology of mediation.  This is designed for those who are already familiar with the basics of mediation and will cover topics including:

I am really excited to be part of the faculty working with Paul to deliver this programme.  I'll be particularly looking at how some of the techniques can be used by advocates in mediation rather than just the mediator.  It is rare for courses to look at the advocate but this is an increasingly important role for as mediation is used in ever more complex cases legal representation of the parties is becoming the norm.
